Johnny Pappas

After spending most of my career in law, I currently work in association management. I grew up in Pawtucket, RI, attended university and law school in Boston, MA and now live in the San Diego Region. I've worked in solo to small to large law firms and corporate legal departments. I'm experienced in areas of corporate, employment, litigation and real estate law as well as grass roots organizing, training and leadership, public speaking, presentation and testimony. I have met with electeds and staff, locally, lobbied in Sacramento and been a trainer in Washington DC. I served as a Board Member on the Executive Committee of the Surfrider Foundation San Diego County Chapter and currently am a Director of UMTR2ME - You Matter to Me, a local charity dedicated to suicide prevention. My areas of interests include sustainability, energy self-sufficiency and promoting sustainable, livable communities in a free market environment. I am a Greek Orthodox Christian.
