Growing up in Louisville, KY, I am a fan of the region, appreciating the weather, seasons and lack of traffic congestion. At the age of 20, I left school to become a professional baseball umpire. Ten years later, having climbed the ladder to AAA, the Major League dream had ended, however, I'm able to umpire collegiately in premier Division I conferences.

During my minor league tenure, i completed my college degree, earning a BSBA from the University of Louisville. I have been able to apply my management degree in all aspects of my coroporate life. Also, my experiences as an umpire have helped me to devlop conflict resolution and problem solving skills along with a positive attitude that hard work does pay off in the long run. As a player and an umpire, i was never the most talented individual, however, there is nobody that works harder and i believe hard work can overcome talent, it comes down to how much an individual wants something.

Today I am the proud father of two, husband to a wonderful wife and a Storage Sales Specialist for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Leveraging over 15 years in the tech sector, I am able to help provide value to organizations and help them achieve a positive digital transformation.
