John Stimmel

John Stimmel is an experienced professional in the property management industry. Currently based in Miami, Florida, he serves as president of the board for ICON Condominium Association, Inc. In this role, he focuses on overseeing the budget and property management activities of a modern luxury building. John Stimmel has also recently served in the real estate industry as chairman of the Harbor Committee and chairman of the Beautification Committee for Fire Island Pines Property Association.

Before establishing his career in property management, John Stimmel worked in the fashion industry in New York City as the owner of Infinity. His company specialized in imported fashion items and became a major vendor for JC Penny, Kmart, and Target.

Educated at New York University, Mr. Stimmel earned his master of business administration in finance in 1974. While completing his degree, he served in the public relations department at the Federal Reserve. In his private live, he loves to travel and play duplicate bridge. As a memorable anecdote, he and his friends were shot at during a visit to the White House by a man later convicted of attempting to assassinate President Bill Clinton.
