Hey there, my name is Jonas (yes, like the Weezer song). I’m a writer and brand storyteller living in the Lake Tahoe, NV area.

I'm also a practitioner of spirituality and mindfulness. I love exploring how a spiritual life and a creative life go hand in hand. I find the Jesus story and mystical traditions fascinating.

I moonlight as a consultant helping genuine people get traction on Medium.com since it's a tool that's changed my life and connected me to a growing tribe of 40k+ people. My daily blog (and corresponding book), Higher Thoughts, is one of the top spirituality/creativity publications on the site.

When I'm not doing any of the above, I'm hanging out with my wife and daughter at our small home in the eastern shadows of the Sierra Nevada mountains drinking too much coffee and trying to take over the world from our laptops.
