Jonathan Aghravi

Businessman Jonathan Aghravi graduated high-school from the prestigious Ethical Culture Fieldston School in the Bronx, New York. While studying at Colgate University in Hamilton New York, Jonathan Aghravi earned a number of accolades. As a student, Jonathan Aghravi won the Dean’s Award for academic excellence on three separate occasions. He qualified for and joined Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society.

In the spring of 2005, Jonathan Aghravi studied abroad in Florence, Italy, through a New York University program. In addition to his academics, Jonathan Aghravi participated in several extracurricular positions in Hamilton and New York City. Jonathan Aghravi served as the Commercial Marketing Coordinator for Hamilton Village Real Estate, LLC. He performed a range of duties, including constructing a model of the floor plans for a 20,000-square-foot structure, renovating homes to interested buyers, and researching the potential expansion and relocation of businesses in the Mid-York Business Airpark.

Jonathan Aghravi acquired additional real estate experience when he acted as a Property Managing Agent for Buckingham Trading Group in New York City. Along with overseeing the management of residential and commercial properties in Manhattan, Jonathan Aghravi collaborated closely with contractors during building renovations. Jonathan Aghravi then contributed as a Private Banking Intern for North Fork Bank in New York City. Reviewing analysis statements, developing new business with a senior vice president, and creating a matrix to ensure client information complied with FDIC requirements gave Jonathan Aghravi further insight for his career.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts, Jonathan Aghravi accepted an Investment Associate position with Freddie Mac in New York City. Focusing on assessing credit strengths and risks, Jonathan Aghravi underwrote loans with focus on accurate assessment of credit strengths and risks.
