Joni Hoadley

I've spent more than a decade working at digital music pioneers such as Spinner, the first multi-channel Internet music service (acquired by AOL), and Musicmatch (acquired by Yahoo!). Over six years ago, I joined yet another digital music pioneer: Sonos, the leading developer of wireless music systems for the home.

As the Senior Manager of Software Product Management for Sonos, I lead product roadmap definition and strategic product planning while also rolling up my sleeves to create detailed product requirements and working closely with our product development teams to create world-class software.

During my time at Sonos, I've been responsible for a number of high-impact product developments including the creation of apps for iPad and Android as well as the integration of music services such as Pandora, SiriusXM, and Spotify.

I'm passionate about creating great products that help people enjoy the music they love. And I'm happiest when working at warp speed.
