Jon L Curry

A general contractor with more than 30 years in the design, construction, and restoration of high-end residential properties in Northern California and elsewhere, Jon L Curry owns and operates Landers Curry, Inc., in Sonoma County. A lifelong California resident, Mr. Curry graduated from Sequoia High School in Redwood City before enlisting in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, where he served from 1983 through 1987 in active drill. During this period, Jon L. Curry began his career in the construction industry, amassing a number of accomplishments in the process.

Mr. Curry founded Jon Curry Construction in the late 1990s and spent more than a decade as principal of this firm. In tandem with his responsibilities at Jon Curry Construction, Jon L. Curry entered into a partnership with John A. Clark, leading to the formation of the Woodside, California-based Curry & Clark, Inc., in 1999. Now exclusively dedicated to his projects at Landers Curry, Mr. Curry continues to add to his achievements in the construction and building restoration arena, earning several honors and recognitions for his work. For example, Mr. Curry has won four awards for historic preservation in Sonoma County, enjoys a consistent record of client satisfaction, and has seen his homes featured in several catalogs and magazines. Over the years, Jon L. Curry’s work has been featured in catalogs for Restoration Hardware, NapaStyle, Pottery Barn, and Williams-Sonoma. Noted for his philanthropic work as well, Jon L. Curry has coached youth softball and volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, serving as big brother to a child in San Mateo for four years.

Mr. Curry enjoys a wide range of recreational pursuits, including cycling, downhill skiing, surfing, and skydiving. He lives with his wife in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, traveling the globe in pursuit of new adventure whenever possible.
