I am JC (Joo Chay), Chinese Character: 裕井).

Found 3C Think Tank (3CTT), a Management Consultant and Angel. Held senior positions in MNCs and manage projects worldwide and entrepreneur who manage several companies con-currently prior finding 3CTT.

Had personal venturing and helping companies to growth from start up to MNC in the past 15 years, successful develop what we believe as the secret to "Achievement" for work and life.

I was what I am being doing somethings below.

  • When people progressing smoothly to receive higher education, I planning to quit as I felt bored.
  • When people finding hard to complete ACCA, I completed shorter than expected time.
  • When people working hard to climb up the corporate ladder, I resigned and started up my own business.
  • When people avoided bubble bursting business, I jumped into it, and obviously I failed badly. Nevertheless, I did made several successful ventures subsequently.
  • When people find hard to go back to corporate world after a period of running own business, I went back and held senior managerial position immediately.
  • When people held a senior position, the next step will be eyeing position something close to CEO, I decided to start up business again.

Having been doing things differently and enjoy the fruit of successes as well as failures, I came to understand that there are something in this world where we cannot disobey and there are other something however allow us to manipulate.

Doing different is not call innovation, if such different doesn’t creates value and illogically delivered. I become less extreme in doing thing and always work on moderation mode, highly analytical as able to observe situation from an absolute perspective, make decision better and more responsible. The transformation of thinking processes, characters and behaviours came about after a rigorous research and development of a proprietary system, namely Achievement Management System (AMS). Ideally, it is assumed that if we follow the AMS faithfully, we shall be successful for any of our act.
