Jordanna Kisber

An elementary school teacher with pending T-4 certification from the Georgia Professional Standards Commission, Jordanna Kisber recently earned her bachelor of science degree from the University of Georgia, where she studied early childhood education. Jordanna Kisber graduated cum laude in December 2013 with a 3.66 GPA.

Jordanna Kisber has already established teaching experience through several student teaching and practicum roles at Judia Jackson Harris Elementary Charter School in Athens, Georgia. From August 2013 to November 2013, she taught third grade math, language, and social studies classes in addition to designing and presenting a two-week science unit. She helped the school’s teachers with daily activities as well as parent-teacher conferences and assignment modifications. Her prior practicums with the school in 2012 and early 2013 included lesson plan design, tutoring, and observation.

In addition to her teaching skills, Jordanna Kisber minored in Spanish and reads and writes Hebrew. She earned certification in several medical first-response areas, including first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and automatic external defibrillation (AED).
