I realized a passion for storytelling early on in my life. I started writing and drawing my own comic books when I was 8 years old.

Throughout my adolescence I kept on drawing and creating stories, once I entered high school I found I had an eye for photography and spent the better part of my years in high school taking pictures and editing our literary “magazine.”

The years that followed found me honing my various interests while trying to find ways to incorporate drawing, writing and photography. I began freelancing and found myself photographing headshots and bands for local artists.

A decision to put personal pursuits aside found me helping my family with my Grandmother who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Years later I fulfilled a promise to my late grandmother and began taking classes at The Academy of Art studying Illustration.

After a class in comic book writing saw my first completed script, I began seeing how I could turn this into a career. One day my partner (a directing student) found himself in need of a script for a class and that as they say is history.

Our current projects both in development and production with our company Nubius Media finds me writing, drawing and taking pictures for my own production company.

Life is a crazy thing.
