I am: An entrepreneur, and love to create value by weaving together creative ideas, relationships, emerging trends, talented people, entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to action.

I work: As the chairperson and founder of iKineoVentures, through which I am the founder of iKineo, a Pan-African customer engagement agency; co-founder of Sprout, South Africa’s leading digital media performance firm; and Explore Sideways, a leading immersive travel company and online purveyor of wine, food, and cultural tourism experiences.

I serve: As chairperson of the Cape Information Technology Initiative (CITi), tasked with development of the Western Cape region as a Technology cluster; chairperson of the Bandwidth Barn which is South Africa’s leading non-profit business incubator and accelerator for technology businesses; and as a director of the African Leadership Initiative and African Leadership Network.

I learn: As a Yale World Fellow; a Transformation Thinker at the Bertelsman Institute's and the GTZ's global Transformation Thinkers' Programme ; and as a Fellow of the African Leadership Initiative and Aspen Global Leadership Network, which endeavours to enable leaders to move from “success to significance”.
