Josh Stabback

I'm currently in Santiago, Chile, taking part in the Startup Chile program.  Alongside Alex Hughson and James Rimmer, we hope to launch Contractor Copilot, a service to help people do what they love and get paid for it.

I was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. I attended the University of Waterloo seeking a major in Geomatics and a minor in Computer Science before putting my degree on hold for my first entrepreneurial venture.  I learned a lot, and when things didn't go as planned I took a job with Rogers Communications.  While reporting to the Director of Innovative Sales and Delivery I designed and built a custom sales reporting software, now used daily by over 200 sales agents and their management staff. Upon completion of that project I returned to the startup scene with Copilot.

I'm passionate about work and travel.  I've visted 20 countries while doing business in 3 continents while meeting amazing people along the way.  I'm always excited to find out what's next!
