Joshua wrangles people and projects for Appature in the name of creating great customer experiences. Before moving to Seattle, he worked for Penn State, where his team implemented CRM-related systems, and handled most of the technical bits for Penn State Outreach's online marketing efforts. Joshua is a published author on Perl programming, and has given presentations for Higher Ed Experts, the Penn State Web conference, and HighEdWeb. In his life before Penn State (and management, and kids) Joshua spent seventeen years as an IT consultant in Wisconsin, where he jack-of-all-traded in software development, embedded systems, data warehousing, computer security, networking, and system administration.
