Jovana Vulić is a Project Manager at Digitalizuj.me where she drives initiatives that empower Montenegrin citizens to embrace digital tools and innovative business models for social change. As the license holder for TEDxPodgorica, Jovana leads events aimed at inspiring local action and awareness around important societal issues. Under the theme “Think Globally, Act Locally,” TEDxPodgorica encourages questioning the status quo and fostering change.

In her role at Youth Innovation Lab Montenegro, Jovana collaborates with UNICEF and partners to amplify youth voices, reshaping development strategies through the Social Impact Incubator.

She plays a key role in media relations and partnerships for Spark.me, one of Southeast Europe’s largest tech and business conferences, organized annually in Montenegro by Domain.ME, the operator of Montenegro’s national internet domain.

Beyond her professional work, Jovana shares her culinary passion through her blog, eatwithjo.me. Her experiences span programs and summits like KotorAPSS, LEAP Summit Zagreb, Telenor Youth Summit, and the Interseliger Forum in Russia, adding a global dimension to her approach. She also served as a judge for Core Values at First Lego League Montenegro.

As a mother of three and a master’s student in Communication and Media, Jovana balances her many roles with her love for travel, languages (English, German, and Italian), cartoons, and her lifelong enthusiasm for Coca-Cola. With a youthful spirit, she continues to inspire others to dream big and embrace life with curiosity and enthusiasm.
