Joy Liu is a Staff Product Designer at ServiceNow where she brings consumer-grade experience to enterprise products.
Prior to joining ServiceNow in 2019, Joy has crafted products ranging from startups to multinational conglomerates like Google and Samsung. During this time, she led the UX directions for Samsung's Product Innovation Team and launched Google's vacation rental search and hotel information editor expanding Google's hotel search inventory and platform capability. Joy is also a trained Design Sprint master, always looking for ways to introduce and promote cross-functional collaboration into teams.
