Judi Lykowski

Social Media Manager, marketing director, and Photographer in South Bend, IN, USA

I have over two decades of experience in multimedia marketing promotions, TV news, and K–12 education. I am confident and persistent and go above and beyond to ensure projects shine.

My experience as an on-air reporter for multiple NBC, ABC, FOX, and PBS affiliates in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio has equipped me with the ability to research accurate content in a fast-paced, deadline-driven industry. This training has instilled in me the importance of maintaining a positive brand image, even in the face of crisis, a skill I have successfully applied in my roles as a marketing and communications administrator in public education and libraries.

I am passionate about storytelling and believe it should be the foundation of every meaningful marketing campaign.

Compelling stories—print or visual, long or short—can resonate with your audience and create a memorable connection. Multimedia storytelling is a powerful way to establish brand credibility and demonstrate the benefits of products and services.

I am blessed to have taught future generations about the importance of storytelling in the news and marketing industries, and it is also a blessing to incorporate storytelling in all of my roles and positions.

I firmly believe in Steve Jobs's quote: "Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do."
