Judson C Ball

An experienced business leader in the real estate industry, Judson C. Ball is the chairman, CEO, and manager of Advantage Office Suites, LLC, as well as the chairman and CEO of Plumwood Corporation. Both of these closely held companies facilitate real estate consultation and development, in addition to property management, asset management, and syndication. Judson C. Ball and his firms have played a large role in the development of several projects valued at more than $1 billion, including residential, office, and industrial properties near major cities such as Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, and Phoenix.

Prior to his successful real estate career, Judson C. Ball was a licensed attorney in Illinois and Minnesota. A graduate of the IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law, he served on the school’s board of overseers. Mr. Ball was also a member of the Harvard Business School Alumni Board following his graduation from the Owner/President Management (OPM) executive education program.

Mr. Ball dedicates much of his free time to the arts. He was featured in Western Art Collector magazine, where he shared his enthusiastic insight into the world of art business and collecting. He is a former member of the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C., and has served on the board of trustees for the Phoenix Art Museum. Currently, he is a trustee of the National Museum of Wildlife Art.

Mr. Ball has won several awards for his buildings. He has been awarded the Best Architectural Award, the NAIOP Award and has been honored by high rankings of lists in the Arizona Business Journal for the best Executive Suites. He continues to be honored for his suites.
