I use flexible and innovative blended learning methods (including making full use of mobile technologies and social media) to enhance life skills and improve employability for ALL.

I do not believe that age, gender, experience or level of formal education should be a barrier to new learning.

As a pro-active member of an online Personal Learning Network, I contribute to the sharing of knowledge, information and educational best practice on local, national and global stages. This network has provided a sustainable and enriching personal experience (both on and offline) which I believe has also considerably enhanced the quality of my own teaching and research.

As a Tutor and Digital Skills Adviser on a flexible, full-time Level 4 Certificate in Higher Education Skills for the Workplace program, I provide specialised support and teaching methods to build students' confidence and help them acquire new skills to progress in the modern workplace.

I also run my own freelance social media + digital literacy skills consultancy and advice service at http://ffynnonweb.com.
