Life is a dance. Yoga is my tool to ensure I'm ready for that dance.
My approach to yoga and teaching is to take what is peripheral, the unnoticed, and bring it to the center; to act with intention in every posture, every thought, and every step; to keep and practice only what brings fulfillment and let go of the rest.
I'm available for one on one or small group private sessions. My teaching is founded on principles of therapeutics studying under Katrin Kuttner, meditation practice, studying under Sean Feit, and Ayurveda studying at Vedika Seva.
