Julie Carr, has often been referred to as a "Passionate Career & Life Designer for the Purposeful Woman". She draws on both her professional and personal life experiences to support women in achieving career, relationship and personal success. It continues to be her passion, her purpose and her business. She is a Professional Certified Career Coach, highly skilled workshop facilitator, inspiring and motivating speaker and a gifted communicator who is able to engage and be present in any circumstance.

With over 20 years of experience in public speaking, teaching, workshop creation/implementation, Julie discovered her passion for helping individuals and groups realize their true passions for life. She does this by inspiring, motivating and encouraging each person to develop a unique plan that is specifically designed to reach both personal and professional goals.

Julie has had the privilege of working with over 2,000 clients in areas of defining and creating career goals, resume development, interviewing strategies, personal and online branding as well as learning to navigate the process of what she refers to as "job search motivation."

Julie is a dynamic, energetic coach who draws from her own personal experiences and challenges to develop solid relationships with women she works with and to also develop teaching content that is life changing. A gifted and talented speaker, having been a Keynote for an educational opening address and a National Presentor for the NAWDP annual conference addressing success strategies for Gen Y in the new economy she feels at home in front of an audience.

She is extremely creative and innovative in her teaching style and was recognized and awarded the Top Health Educator in Michigan while serving as Program Assistant on a federally funded grant on Abstinence Education for middle school and high school students. She continues to bring this creativeness to all that she does.
