Julien Fourgeaud

Julien Fourgeaud is a digital native and business catalyst. In his last role, Julien developed new business opportunities as New Product Wizard for Rovio Entertainment Ltd (Angry Birds). Prior to Rovio, Julien ran his management consulting company for mobile strategy, LeCatalyst. His company helped corporates like Vodafone, Nokia and startups to leverage their product innovation cycle. Julien was also spokesperson for the Symbian Foundation, responsible to communicate the future of the Symbian platform at various international events. His career began at Nokia, contributing to key projects such as the transition from keypad to touch interface, and leading the major effort behind third-party integration for the N97 in 2009.

Julien holds an MSc in Computer Sciences, Telecommunications and Networks from the Ecole Francaise d'Electronique d'Informatique (EFREI), in France. He has been developing not-for-profit organizations such as DiGiT EFREI, supporting the discovery of Electronics, or ESN INTO, the largest cultural organisation driving the internationalization of Technology Universities in Finland. He is an active member of open source communities, supporting self development and empowerment of talent, sharing his passion through keynotes and presentations. He practices engaged sports such as Skydiving, BASE jumping and has been training for car racing (MINI JCW, Formula Renault).
