As a born and raised San Diegan, Justin Brennan grew up in a real estate family based in San Diego. His father, Jim Brennan, has been in real estate for more than 40 years building single family home communities, luxury homes, condos, town homes and apartments throughout the Western United States. As his father's son, Justin learned a good deal along the way. After attending Francis Parker High school, Justin went onto Pepperdine University . Justin began his full time real estate career as a title rep learning the title and escrow side of the business. Sensing his need for higher learning, Justin went back to school to get his joint Masters degrees in business and real estate development at USD's Burnham Moore's School of Real Estate. Once complete, Justin went to work with his father building town homes and condos as well as condo conversions. The housing collapse of 2007 opened a window of opportunity for Justin to get his brokers license and become an Asset Manager for CHASE and FANNIE MAE managing foreclosure & short sale assets nationwide. Justin is well versed in loss mitigation and asset management to help your family through difficult waters.
