Justin Beller

Justin Beller is the former owner of Window Genie of Boise as well as a specialist in internet marketing, content management, and training and development serving businesses in a variety of industries.

In a career spanning more than 20 years, Justin has built an impressive body of work. His first love was radio broadcasting where he spent 6 years as an on-air radio personality in his hometown of Salmon, ID and later in Moscow, ID while attending the University of Idaho studying Visual Communication. Justin then moved on to study Instructional and Performance Technology and received his Master’s from Boise State University. From there, he designed and developed training programs to support human resources and marketing functions for well known Boise area companies such as Norco, Albertsons and Hewlett-Packard.

As Justin worked with these companies, he became self-taught in the subjects of web design and development, user-centered design, usability testing, content management, digital marketing, and social media. In the last few years, Justin took his knowledge, skills, and expertise back to the field of radio and television broadcasting as the Web Coordinator for Journal Broadcast Group - Boise where he managed websites for 2 television stations and 4 radio stations. Today, he is the owner of Window Genie of Boise.

Justin has been described by his peers as a leader, knowledgeable of processes and procedures surrounding the development of performance-based training programs and marketing campaigns. He provides oversight to projects with a sense of awareness to deadlines and timelines and pays close attention to details, exercising his authority in a conscientious manner.

His purpose and passion is to serve communities in the Treasure Valley with his knowledge and expertise, and to help his fellow business owners understand the web and social media, connecting with new and existing customers whether through marketing and communications or through training.
