Passion is one of the most important parts of being a leader. Young leaders often have a hard time identifying their passions. How will they lead others if they do not know what they love? Justin loves to help teens realize their passions and become effective visionaries and leaders.

Justin is not your typical youth speaker. He has dedicated his life to building an army of teenage visionaries committed to doing the impossible. For four years, he has been helping teens launch their dreams and parents understand their teens (even though he is only seventeen years old). Harris has spoken at The National BDPA Conference, North Carolina State Chief Information Officer Conference, many highschools including Trinity High School, and other venues.

Adults tend not to take teens seriously, that is why Justin founded EnvisionWith.Me — a network of resources designed to help talented teenage visionaries make positive change in the world. In 2012, EnvisionWith.Me was selected as an innovative proposal by SparkAction, Bon Jon Jovi, and The White House Council for Community Solutions which provided Justin with the privilege of attending the White House Youth Summit. Born and raised in Durham, North Carolina, Justin lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, enjoys wresting, designing websites, producing videos, supporting human rights, and technology. Today there is an unprecedented number of teens who have no idea how or why they need to find their passion. Imagine a world where young people everywhere are passionately tackling seemingly impossible obstacles to make positive change in the world.
