Kai graduated in 2014 with a master's degree in applied computer sciences at the Ruhr-University Bochum. He specialized in computational neuroscience / machine learning and worked at the institute of computational neuroscience as a part-time C++ Developer for their cedar project. His bills however, he paid as a freelance programmer for Ruby On Rails Projects.

It was his passion for programming and the desire to improve his skills that led him to work in the Tech-Industry as a Software Developer for distributed computing, the web and smart applications.

When he's not coding or arguing about design decisions, he's probably enjoying his free-time doing sports, or spending time with his friends.
