Kali Grammatikakis

A graduate of Johnson & Wales University’s Hospitality program, Kali Grammatikakis also holds a Certificate of Completion in Pastry Arts from famed Paris, France, institution Ecole Lenôtre. Adept in custom menu arrangement, Kali Grammatikakis bakes pies, cakes, miniature pastries, and breakfast pastries, including croissants and scones. As Pastry Chef at Harvard University, Kali Grammatikakis bears sole responsibility for all baked goods and has garnered the title of Employee of the Year. Kali Grammatikakis is dedicated to supporting her community through a number of humanitarian causes. She frequently volunteers with The Salvation Army and provides free meals to people at regional shelters. Additionally, Kali Grammatikakis assists with AIDS awareness dinners and the Avon Breast Cancer Walk, an event that raises funds for breast cancer research and advocacy. In her free time, Kali Grammatikakis enjoys trying out new baking recipes on her friends and family. A member of The Bread Bakers Guild of America and the US Pastry Alliance, she also formerly acted as Pastry Cook with Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut, where she earned Employee of the Year and Perfect Attendance awards. In her free time, Kali Grammatikakis is an avid fan of the Stephanie Meyer’s Twilight series and the fantasy books of Neil Gaiman. She also enjoys painting, hiking, practicing yoga, and playing the guitar.
