So rather than talk about myself in the third person, why don't I just say 'hello' and tell you about what I do.

I read the news on Al Jazeera English. That's me on the left... well, the back of my head at least.

Years ago I worked for Sky News Australia as a business correspondent and presenter, but I started my career back in New Zealand as a sports reporter and producer for TV3.

All told, I've been doing this for nearly 14 years and I still love it.  Now tell me, how many people can truly say THAT about their jobs?
