I have been psycho-physiologically constipated for as long as I remember, lost in an ever-increasing blur of the head, caught up in projections, an echo-chamber of reflections, developing psoriasis and migraine headaches, cut off from the flow of life, in the mode of holding back, deferral, and buffering, slowly spiraling downward, stuck in a loop of recoil, up until the tipping point where I had no choice but shift gears

ever since I discovered Undergroundwellness on YouTube that ejected me into the wormhole of the health & fitness community, I have been attending to the rhythms of my overstimulated body and tuning into the ripples & wobbles of my gluttonous mind; in short, I became one of those self-development junkies addicted to shedding the next layer of resistance in the system, tweaking, upgrading, and 'deconstipating' its unfolding dynamics

I am a teacher of language and communication and a life-long learner of the power of attention & transpersonal poise

Here is a list of some of whose rhythms triggered me to reach deeper levels of awareness and clarity:

Tony Robbins, Eckhart Tolle, David Deida, Adyashanti, Owen Cook, David X, Scott Sonnon, Alex Allman, Ray Peat, Richard Poirier, James Guetti, William James, Graham Harman, Manuel DeLanda, William H. Gass, Martin Heidegger, Evan Thompson, Francisco Varela, Stephen Covey, Alan Roger Currie, Paul Jaminet, Derren Brown, and others
