As SVP of Marketing for BCW, I head up the team that's integrating new social and digital communication tools into our ways of working internally.

Collaborating with communications teams worldwide, my goal is to move BCW forward using technology to create a flow of information that sustains and supports our dynamic cultural ecosystem, helping us collaborate better, work more efficiently, and deepen our connections across the globe.

I also lead our global social media efforts and integrated content initiatives, working with our content creators worldwide to elevate our global social content, share our best work and develop our thought leadership. We use social media to engage our global workforce, amplify our reach, and introduce new audiences to BCW's award-winning work and people.

Prior to joining BCW in January, I was Chief Operations Officer for Unique, Inc., a development catalyst for more than 10,000 entrepreneurs, emerging designers and makers across the country. Before that, I led marketing and internal culture and community building at tech startup, NationBuilder, and managed corporate citizenship initiatives for the Walt Disney Company.

I have an MBA in Sustainable Management and Social Entrepreneurship from Presidio Graduate School in San Francisco anda BS in Environmental Policy, Institutions and Behaviors from Rutgers University.
