Karolyn Massey attended the State University of New York at Albany where she earned a BS in accounting in 1994. She further obtained an MBA in finance and marketing from New York University in 2002. She has since worked at some of the largest corporations in the world, such as Time Inc., as a financial analyst. Her responsibilities included developing policies and procedures to make internal reporting better.
After being employed in corporate America for a number of years, Karolyn Massey decided to take on something new and different by opening her own business. Thus Beehives & Buzzcuts, was born as a place for little ones to get their hair cut and styled, attend enrichment classes and purchase toys.
