Kasia Gawełko

Working with people has always been extremely motivative for me. I consider people as my biggest inspiration and as a source of ceaseless astonishment. I feel fulfilled looking at someone's personal growth during coaching or training sessions I do carry on. Adults give me an inspiration, from the kids I derive satisfaction and excitement.

Personal development is my passion. I love getting to know and learning completely new things from people and other various sources to expand my perception. It allows me to look at everyday's challenges from many different perspectives.

My travelling experience - international exhange, tasting new cuisines, getting introduce to a new culture through the autochthons, getting out of my comfort zone... was the most magical thing that happened to me after taking the decision of coming to Asia.

I believe intercultural meetings, exchange of experiences, learning new things from each other, are the most valuable moments, that you cannot buy for any amount of money of any currency...
