Kate Simpson

Kate Simpson is a Manhattan-based residential real estate broker with Douglas Elliman's West Side office. She represents sellers, buyers and renters in the challenging and fast-paced residential Manhattan and Brooklyn markets.

After a long and successful international career in upscale hotel management, a passion for providing excellent service and exceeding her clients’ expectations is deeply ingrained in Kate’s business practice. Her experience working with people from different cultures and backgrounds has given her the ability to juggle multiple priorities, to expect the unexpected and to remain calm under pressure. She is professional, tenacious and forges strong relationships with her clients, enabling her to guide them every step of the way on their journey and ultimately to provide the best options for her clients’ particular needs.

Kate was born in the UK and traveled extensively, living and working in Germany and Australia as well as London and Miami, before arriving in New York and realizing that it was a city she wanted to call home on a permanent basis. She is fluent in German and can act as an ESL representative for German-speaking clients.
