Being human can be difficult. Mostly because we rely on this tricky thing called "communication" to understand each other. In the corporate world, I have been creating cohesive order out of communicative chaos for 10+ years. But what really lights me on fire is working with folks as a coach to explore the stuff on the inside that makes functioning on the outside difficult.

A self-professed "self actualization junkie," I am my own laboratory; which means I am willing to be my own test subject. I've learned everything I know so far through living and I've been lucky enough to fine tune these life lessons into a coaching curriculum by helping others make my experiments work in their lives.

I am compassionate, playful, invested, generous, warm, witty, taking notes and drawing diagrams, delightful, a nurturer, foster mom to guinea pigs in need, human mom to a vibrant son, responsible, a teacher, seeing the learning opportunity in every moment, looking within, a partner, feeling your feelings, making it safe, comforting, committed to lifelong learning, okay with however the moment shows up, gentle, generous, kind, a giver.

I'm one of those people who knows what (or how to find out what) she wants, asks for it, gets it (or something better), and can help you do the same.
