I live and work at Camont, a culinary retreat I created in a small space in the French countryside. Jammed with fruit trees and edible gardens, I work in the heart of the 'Kitchen of France'- Gascony. I came here 25 years ago by canal barge...and stayed to learn about the people and cooking of Southwest France. Now, I teach what I learned- butchery, charcuterie, gardening, beekeeping, restoring old houses and just living well- everyday. Oh, and I founded Grrls Meat Camp, too. Just because!
