Katherine is a graphic designer, writer and book review blogger of Mi'kmaq and Irish descent. Following her heart, she left a 20-year commerce and project management career to find a place in the Independent Publishing industry.
Katherine is currently operating Evening Sky Publishing Services: a publishing services company specializing in book cover design, proofreading, book formatting & website design for independent authors.
In July 2016, she published her debut non-fiction book titled Invisible Victims: Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women in Canada. Invisible Victims is a shocking work that shines a spotlight on the national MMIW crisis and its root causes.
