I am a grounded and passionate career professional with extensive managerial and hiring experience. I help others get “unstuck” and design a healthy work life via mentoring, coaching, connecting and reflection using conversation, technology and design-thinking.
My work life’s purpose is two fold:
1. Help others design a career path less confusing than my own as a first gen college grad;
2. Inspired by the words of Dr. Adam Grant, I want to be a part of “how to make work suck less”.
My natural coaching & work approach is based in curiosity, a willingness to be uncomfortable and a commitment to life long learning.
I have a bachelors degree in psychology, a masters degree in counseling and human services management, am MBTI qualified and was recently certified as a Certified Master of Career Services by the National Career Development Association.
