Kathy Costa joined The Chamber July 1 as the Membership & Advertising Sales Representative.

Costa previously worked on business to business sales with Clearchannel, national internet advertising sales with web publishers Accounting WEB.com and national daily news publication Accountants World Daily News. Costa excelled by creating strong and comprehensive media plans and campaigns to help her clients increase sales and visibility in the community. Costa said through consultative selling, she learned about many businesses and utilized that information to fine tune her clients sales messages. She also previously worked at Precision Products, a national manufacturer of lawn and garden products, as the national sales manager.

Costa is a graduate of St. Mary's College in Indiana and a lifelong resident of Springfield.
