Katie Morrow currently serves as the Instructional Technology Facilitator for Educational Service Unit 8 in Nebraska. Her past experiences include serving O'Neill Public Schools for 15 years, first as an elementary teacher, followed by middle school teacher and technology integration specialist. In this role she led the school in a 1:1 laptop initiative called "24/7 Learning." For their efforts in educational innovation, O’Neill High School has been named an Apple Distinguished School since 2011.

Katie was a member of Apple's ACOT2 Curriculum Development Team and has worked extensively on the development, implementation, and sharing of Challenge Based Learning. She has been honored by NETA as a "Technology Educator of the Year" and is an Apple Distinguished Educator, Google Certified Teacher, and SMART Exemplary Educator. She currently serves on advisory boards for Apple Distinguished Educators and Challenge Based Learning.
