Katrina Baker

Katrina Baker provides LMS administration to a global law firm and previously to a Fortune 500 retailer. She recently published her first book, LMS Success: A Step-by-Step Guide to Learning Management System Administration. In January, the book was the #2 Best Seller at TechKnowledge 2014, where Katrina was a featured speaker.
