I am the Founder and President of Continuity Consulting, Inc., a management and human-capital consulting firm based in Northern California. We help organizations become healthy and high-performing through strategic consulting, training and mentoring leaders, developing effective teams, and cultivating healthy organizational culture. I believe in the potential of others and have a passion for helping others discover their life purpose so that they maximize their potential and life impact.

I have been married to my best friend for 22 years and we have two amazing teenage children. I enjoy the outdoors, including camping, kayaking, hiking, cycling and triathlon.
