During his three decades in security management and law enforcement, Keith Hedman has overseen millions of dollars’ worth of security projects. He has been particularly successful in acquiring and managing contracts from the U.S. government. Keith Hedman has overseen security for the Executive Office of the President, Office of National Drug Control Policy; a naval research laboratory conducting classified projects; a 29-building complex belonging to the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services; and a naval air station in Hawaii.
Before becoming a private security executive, Mr. Hedman spent four years in the United States Marine Corps, where he taught interrogation resistance and briefed officers on intelligence documents that he had translated. He later worked as a police officer in Houston and directed security at Houston’s Embassy of Taiwan before moving into the security industry. Keith Hedman’s most recent position saw him overseeing daily operations and corporate strategy as Protection Strategies Inc.’s chief executive officer.
