Keith Matthews is currently working as a Sr. Systems Analyst with the City of Hope, one of only 40 National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Centers in the nation.  His first major project with City of Hope was leading the implementation of a peer to peer event fundraising system.  Most recently he was the reporting and QA lead for the project team that implemented the Blackbaud Enterprise CRM. 

 

Prior to working at City of Hope Keith was the Quality Assurance Manager for Harison Toshiba Lighting USA.  He was responsible for the quality assurance functions for over 100 customers across North America. Those responsibilities included part design, part approvals, failure analysis reporting and assisting in process and product improvement activities at the customer’s location.  His major projects with Harison Toshiba Lighting included implementing their ISO/TS16949 Quality Systems, leading process improvement teams to improve all aspects of business operations including sales, materials, accounting and warehousing and information system functions.

 

Keith is also an avid photographer involved with several local clubs and organizations in the Santa Clarita Valley.  He is currently working on a book aimed to help parents take better photos at youth sporting events.
