Over 25+ years, I’ve founded, led, and sold technology businesses, and worked inside established organisations to modernise platforms, ship new products, and build foundations teams rely on long after I’ve moved on.

I’m most effective in greenfield and early-stage environments, or at moments of transition, where the work involves turning ambiguity into shape: defining the platform, making hard architectural calls, and carrying systems from prototype through to secure, production-ready foundations. I operate comfortably at the intersection of engineering, product, and commercial reality.
