With dual M.F.A degrees in Creative Nonfiction and Poetry from Saint Mary’s College of California and certification as a Tamalpa Institute Life/Art Process® Practitioner and Teacher, I’m now a Ph.D student in Transformative Inquiry at California Institute of Integral Studies. I have 12+ years of experience teaching, researching and collaborating in integrative somatic trauma therapy modalities, ways of understanding the self, what makes a meaningful life and using the arts for transformative healing.
