My name is Kelsey and I am the Business Development Manager for Performics, a full-service performance media agency focused on creating more personalized and dynamic customer experiences. I assist in managing inbound business development communications, organizing and writing responses to RFIs and RFPs and ongoing innovation around the business development process to improve demonstration of best-in-class values to prospects and clients.

Before Performics, I worked in client services, public relations, event services and higher education. An early graduate, the first to leave home and constant self-developer, I am a go-getter and have troubles standing still. I even got bored with the U.S. and spent four months of my educational career abroad studying in China. And yes, maybe to your surprise, I can get by with my Mandarin skills. 你惊喜吗？

Outside of work I practice yoga, relentlessly plan my next travel adventure, attempt to cook and stay up to date with international affairs. My career interests are in foreign affairs, event planning, hospitality,digital marketing, law and business management.

I am a dedicated individual with an eye for the future and motivated to make a positive impact on the world. Determination, passion, thirst for new experiences and hard work are my cornerstones.
