Kerby Roberson

Licensed by the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts, the First Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, Kerby Roberson currently operates his own private law office in the city of Boston. In addition to handling a range of probate law, disability law, and immigration cases, he concentrates a large portion of his practice in the field of health care law. Before going into private practice in 2007, Kerby Roberson served as director of Florida community relations for Wellcare Health Plans in Tampa, Florida. He holds both a juris doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, and a bachelor of biomedical sciences from Framingham State University in Framingham, Massachusetts.

Kerby Roberson’s past work experience includes teaching biology, health, and science in the Boston public school system. He has also served as a clinical laboratory technician with Harvard University Health Services and as a pharmaceutical patent researcher for Arlington, Virginia’s Biotechnology Patent Search.
