Dancer/PlayWright/Radio Host Keva Renee is known in the Scotch Plains NJ/Metropolitan area for her dance/workshop abilities since 1998. She has facilitated dance/worship conferences for Rose of Sharon Church in Plainfield NJ and St. Marks Baptist Church of MD. Workshops are not contained to the church alone as she has overseen workshops for the Plainfield & Paterson NJ Municipal Depts. for Secretaries and office officials alike. Founder of the dance ministry at St. John’s Baptist Church, Scotch Plains NJ “The Joy Dancers” where youth and adults dance in the morning worship service and are asked out on local engagements. In 2002 wrote and produced the dance drama, “What Color is Your Issue? It should be Red!” After the prompting of God she committed herself full-time to the development and performing it. In this dance drama people are encouraged to use what is in their hands to get thru their circumstance. The tools are colors, prayer and worship. She had the honor of performing at Continental Airline’s Newark Airport for their annual Black History Celebration in the Food Court. The Scotch Plains Library for Women’s Month. Her home church St. John’s Baptist Church in Scotch Plains NJ where Rev. Dr. Kelmo C. Porter is the Pastor. Performed the play at Jesus Saves Ministries where Pastors Ronald & Barbara Martin in Pennsauken NJ. Had the honor of dancing and leading praise and worship for Prophetess/Life Coach Lilisa Williams Brand New Beginnings Ministry for women’s conferences and conventions in NJ. Maxine 2 Restaurant for a Sunday Brunch, Trenton, NJ. In Nashville, TN she has had the honor to be in the cast The Worship Leader which is a now a day David and Bathsheba drama by Minister Roger (Teco) Trent. In addition, danced for Living Word Internationals Women’s Conferences where Bishop and Dr. J Adebanjo are the Pastors, Nashville, TN. In addition, called on to dance for Prophet Morris Okeleye of Atlanta GA and Evangelist Freda Futch Madison, TN and Pastors William and CJ Koen in Nashville, TN for several events. Proud Mom of three children, Kelisa, Isaiah and Mayah. Her passions include working with youth, women and men thru her organization Women of Destiny/Men of Valor. Also, Mary Kay Consultant and a radio personality for BlogTalk Radio with the broadcast Encouraging Moments with Keva Renee and Friends.
