An innovator who recognizes and applies current technologies to advance businesses at a global level, Kevin D. Romney provides companies with expert guidance for expansion regarding multifamily real estate. As Chief Investment Officer of Camino Verde Group, in Henderson NV, he underwrites properties for potential acquisition and performs asset management on existing properties. Camino Verde Group has ownership in and maintains three multifamily communities in the Las Vegas and Henderson area and is in search of additional properties.
He also built a thriving call center operation with locations in the Dallas, Texas, suburb of Duncanville and the South Texas city of Corpus Christi, Kevin D. Romney and his partner, Fred Perrin, generated sales worth more than $7.3 million. Mr. Romney merged the call center business into Paramount MultiServices, LLC, in 2003 and moved his consulting headquarters to Las Vegas, Nevada.
Kevin D. Romney serves as the President of the consulting services organization, known as The Romney Group Inc. From his base in Las Vegas, he oversees client development operations and business consulting. His experience and insight also benefit customers of Arizona-based International Franchise Solutions. In their roles as Regional Developers, Mr. Romney and Mr. Perrin monitor the market for businesses that could achieve a larger reach via franchise expansion. They seek companies that utilize sound business practices and have strong management operations; and they help such groups develop growth strategies based on proven franchise models and innovative programs that advance the industry.
In addition to his entrepreneurial efforts, Kevin D. Romney has contributed to numerous articles about franchises, marketing, and business. Before launching his own business, he trained as a Certified Public Accountant and undertook positions as an auditor for a major accounting firm and as an accounts payable supervisor for a national health insurance company.
Kevin D. Romney earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management in Provo, Utah. A lay minister, he volunteers at his church and works on behalf of the Boy Scouts of America.
