Kevin Keogh

Over the course of the past 20 years, Kevin Keogh has enjoyed an outstanding career working in a number of positions throughout his community in the state of New Jersey. Kevin Keogh launched his career in 1993 as a Law Clerk with the Superior Court of New Jersey. He worked closely with Judge Edmund P. Kirby. In 1996, Mr. Keogh joined the United States House of Representatives 8th Congressional District as a Constituent Affairs Officer. In this position, he worked with the congressman on a variety of constituent issues. From 1998 until 2005, Mr. Keogh served as a Councilman for the Township of West Orange, New Jersey. As an elected member of the five-person municipal legislative branch, Mr. Keogh oversaw a budget of $40 million. He was elected Council President in 2000.

From 1999 until 2011, Kevin Keogh served as a Plant Superintendent for the fourth largest wastewater facility in the United States. This involved managing a staff of 63 people, supervising the training of 648 employees, and upholding compliance with governmental acts such as OSHA. While running the plant, Mr. Keogh spent two years as a member of the Joint Sewer Meeting of Essex and Union Counties.

Prior to launching his career, Kevin Keogh attended Montclair State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He then received his Juris Doctor from the Seton Hall University School of Law. In 2009, Mr. Keogh completed his Master of Administrative Science at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he received a 3.91 grade point average and graduated summa cum laude. The school also awarded him a Professional Certificate in Human Resources Administration. Additionally, Mr. Keogh attended a management seminar for emerging leaders offered by the Harvard University School of Public Health.
