Kevin E. O'Connor, CSP specializes in working with professionals–particularly technical professionals–who have been promoted to leadership positions where they now lead their former peers.
Kevin holds three masters degrees and his expertise focuses on the challenges of leadership, business relationships, and the effectiveness of teams.
Kevin customizes his message by communicating with his audiences in advance.He facilitates his message with their knowledge through his interactive presentations.He follows up with audiences through a unique and simple program designed for long-term learning
Most of his professional work is for Pharmaceutical and Medical professionals. He works with and has worked with Medical Affairs for Searle, OhioHealth, Pharmacia, Sanofi-Aventis, Amgen, ISTA, Takeda North America, Novartis, ONYX, Intermountain Healthcare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Baxter, Gundersen Lutheran Health System,Baxter BioScience, USAF Medical Command, Eli Lilly, The American College of Physician Executives, MDAnderson, Underwriters Laboratories, The Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education, The Joint Commission, Loyola University of Chicago (A member of the faculty), Columbia College (A member of the faculty), The American College of Healthcare Executives, and The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
Kevin also works with technical professionals who have been promoted to lead teams of other professionals, their former peers. He facilitates programs on communication, leadership, and creativity.
Kevin is a CSP (Certified Speaking Professional), as well as a Senior Lecturer at Chicago's Loyola University and faculty for Columbia College of Chicago. He teaches both graduate and undergraduate students.
